Refund policy


At Fletcher's, we want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we’ve made our returns policy simple, fair, and easy to follow. Whether you’ve changed your mind or received a product that isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

How it works:
  • If you’ve changed your mind or the item isn’t quite what you expected, providing the item is unused and has no defects, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt of item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, suitable for resale (e.g. unused, and undamaged).
  •  Any items that you would like to return must be agreed by the company in advance of items being returned to our warehouse. Please contact us to agree a return via sales@fletchereuropean.co.uk or 01933 440446.
  • A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from all credits, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Non-stock Goods produced specially on the Buyer’s behalf, or Goods adapted or amended to the Buyer’s specification will not be accepted for credit.
  • For items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we can either offer an FOC replacement (following photo evidence), or we’ll provide a refund, including any original delivery charges.
