What size are bakery trays and bread baskets?

Our stackable confectionery trays come in 22L, 32L and 48L capacities on a standard 762 x 457mm footprint - the same footprint as our zinc-plated wire cooling trays, so they share racks and lids. The perforated plastic stacking crate is 750 x 450mm with a 165mm depth. Bread baskets are sized by capacity rather than volume, holding either 12 or 15 standard loaves.

Should I choose plastic, wire or aluminium bakery trays?

Plastic bakery trays in food-grade polypropylene suit high-care and washdown areas, and come solid, semi-ventilated or fully ventilated depending on whether you need airflow or spill control. Zinc-plated wire trays and baskets are built for dry, ambient zones where cooling and drainage matter most. Aluminium trays, 2mm thick and either solid or perforated, are the choice for baking and oven work.

How do these trays stack, and do they fit standard dollies and racks?

Three mechanisms across the range. Confectionery trays cross-stack; the plastic bread trays rotate 90 degrees to stack when full and nest when empty; the 12 and 15 loaf bread baskets use hinged bale arms on each short side. The 22L, 32L and 48L trays and the perforated stacking crate run on rotoXD36 and rotoXD38 dollies, and the wire trays are sized to standard bakery racks.
