The GL31 is a large glazing brush with soft texture bristles designed for use in the food industry for applying eggs, oil or butter to pastries. The bristles are held in place by resin only, stainless steel staples are not used. Using Biomaster Antibacterial Technology, silver-ions in the resin are filled into the tuft holes to prevent the build up of harmful bacteria. This product is not suitable for cleaning machinery parts. A hole at the base of the handle allows users to hang this brush on a hook or peg. All brushes are made with FDA/EU food contact approved materials and are available in a range of colour options.
