The GL11 is a small glazing brush with soft texture bristles designed to be used in the food industry for applying eggs, oil or butter to pastries. The bristles are held in place by resin only, stainless steel staples are not used. This product is not suitable for cleaning machinery. A hole at the base of the handle allows users to hang this brush on a hook or peg. All brushes are made with FDA/EU food contact approved materials and can be delivered in a range of colour options.
