The 2SFSP has a capacity of 1.9 litres and is made from white polyethylene which is resistant to impacts, stains and chemicals. Slightly sturdier than polypropylene, the polyethylene range of food containers is great for storing fruit, vegetables, moist ingredients and other perishable foods. They are also suitable for use in freezers, having an effective temperature range of -40ºC to 70ºC. All containers have a volumetric measuring scale on the front which shows both metric and imperial units, allowing users to accurately judge the quantity of ingredients. For added hygiene when storing, a plastic snap on lid can be provided which is compatible with the polypropylene and polycarbonate containers as well.
