Plastic Stacking Containers & Maxinest Crates

Fletcher European provides a large range of Maxinest containers and bale arm crates in many different sizes and colours. Produced using food grade polypropylene these Maxinest crates are perfect for use within the food manufacturing industry as meat crates or fish crates, but they also lend themselves well to a host of other industries. Commonly seen throughout supermarkets, farms and grocery stores, these bale arm crates were designed and developed in conference with the major retailers, to offer an ideal means for storing and distributing products. The range of Maxinest bale arm crates are now a popular choice throughout engineering, textile and clothing manufacturers, recycling, retail, horticulture, medical companies and the meat and food manufacturing industries.

Ideal space savers, the DH74P (DH740002) has two bale arms (or swing bars) that allow them to stack and nest with one another, as well as different models of bale arm crates. The bale arms are raised to allow the plastic containers to stack on top of each other and then are folded down to allow them to nest. These particular Maxinest crates incorporate a dual height stacking feature, which allows you to stack them at two different intervals, helping to save on space when stacked and full of smaller items.

Why buy Maxinest Bale Arm Crates – DH74P?

  • Dual height stacking locations – The DH74P Maxinest containers incorporate a dual height stacking feature that allows you to stack them at two different heights, depending on what sized items are being stored. The bale arms raise and lock into place at two different positions to allow the Maxinest crates to be stacked, and then fold down to allow them to be nested.
  • Ventilated construction – These bale arm crates have a ventilated designed, allowing for airflow to the Maxinest crates contents. Ideal for food handling of meats, vegetables and other perishables, these bale arm trays are also produced from food grade polypropylene plastic.
  • Unique plastic dolly to suit – Whereas many Maxinest containers share a standard 600 x 400mm size, the DH74P bale arm crates differ slightly. This would cause issues for manoeuvring stacks of these Maxinest crates if you could not source a Euro dolly to suit. Thankfully here at Fletcher European we have the rotoXD74 that is ideal for this sized Maxinest bale arm crate.
