The chef's knife is the go-to knife used for general utility purposes in restaurants and food production plants. With a razor sharp 8.5 inch French-style stainless steel blade, the COOK8.5 is an extremely versatile knife that can glide through food ingredients with minimal effort. The robust plastic handle provides ample grip for the user (even when wet) and is easy to clean. As standard, each knife comes with its own protective sheath to allow safe handling and storage when not in use.
