The B1423RES guarded machine comes with medium grip brushes. It has a size of 550 x 20mm (L x W) with a trim of 60mm and 0.45mm crimped polyester. This brush features resin set bristles which offers improved hygiene and bristle retention. The bristles are held in place with stainless steel staples and the holes are then filled with anti-microbial resin. This not only prevents the build up of dirt and grime in the tuft holes, but also the release of filaments into high care manufacturing environments.
